Through his years of training at various physical therapy clinics combined with his certification with the world's top golf fitness company, Personal Trainer Earl Solidum has developed his "Swing Process", a series of workout routines that enhances every day golfers to have a more powerful swing and help avoid injury using Golf Fitness Training.
The "Swing Process" evaluates a golfers physical limitations which can affect swing efficiency and lead to a less enjoyable game. This helps to identify what is holding the golfer from playing their best and how to unlock their swing.
Starting in 2002, Personal Trainer Earl Solidum has been helping clients of all levels create workout routines that help them reach their goals. Most plans include healthy eating and safe, functional exercises to ensure the best results. Earl will work with clients to keep them on track and motivated.
